## Netflix shows Proxy error

* Check that you are connected to a "Netflix" server
* [Contact our support team](https://wannaflix.com/submitticket.php?step=2\&deptid=1) to let us know. Please include the server that is not working in your ticket.

## Netflix videos don't load

* Close/reset the Netflix app
* Restart your browser
* Clear browser cookies and cache
